Welcome to Faircondo.  Our cozy, 24-unit condominium is nestled in the heart of downtown Boca Raton, overlooking our neighboring Boca Raton Resort’s premier golf course, and within walking distance to a myriad of downtown shops, restaurants, night life venues, Mizner Park attractions, the intercoastal waterway and boat launch site, as well as Boca Raton’s stunning beach.  Each of our spacious condo units (2-bed/2-bath – approx.. 1350 sq.ft in size) have their own unique, magnificent panoramic views of the golf course and custom tailored interior features and finishes. Our wonderful, diverse resident community is mostly comprised of accomplished professionals who absolutely love Boca Raton and their precious Faircondo apartment.
