Faircondo BBQ Policy
In an effort to preserve our community grill and as a courtesy to residents who wish to use it, we kindly request that everyone follow these simple guidelines:
- After each use, please remember to scrub/clean the grill using the brush and cleaning supplies in its cabinet, fully close the main gas valve on the propane tank inside the cabinet, and place the grill cover back on after the grill has cooled down.
- In the event that the propane tank is extinguished during grilling, it can easily be swapped with the spare tank that is kept next to the grill (if you need assistance with this procedure please contact Crest Management) and please promptly notify Crest Management so that a spare tank replacement can be arranged as soon as possible. We aim to always have a full spare tank available in the event that the primary tank empties during grill operation.
